PET POLICY
We welcome small pets in the community.  We permit 1 dog or 2 cats per apartment.   There is a 40 pound weight limit at maturity.  A pet fee and pet rent are charged. We have breed restrictions of Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bull Terriers, including Staffordshire and American, German Shepherds, Chows, wolves or any cross-breeds of the above mentioned.
